I’ve seen quite a few messages from new members stating they cannot download files and receive an error message.
To clarify this is not an error. I’ve investigated each one of these and every time it’s because the member has reached a daily limit of 60 downloads.
Most of the time the reason for this is because the member has used a download manager which downloads the file multiple times. If you are using a download manager and intend to download multiple different files then please disable it to ensure you don’t run into difficulties.
I cannot increase an individuals download limit without increasing everyone’s which I’m not prepared to do. The download limits are in place to ensure the mega packs are not download multiple times by individuals as this has cost us a lot of money in the past.
