Aris Limassol

Aris Limassol FC is a professional football club based in Limassol, Cyprus, and stands as one of the historic founder members of the Cyprus Football Association. Founded in 1930, the team traditionally features green, white, and black colors and is affectionately nicknamed "The Light Brigade". Historically known for shifting between the top two tiers of Cypriot football, Aris underwent a massive revitalization under new ownership in 2021. This shift propelled them to their first-ever Cypriot First Division title in the 2022–23 season, followed by a domestic Super Cup victory and historic qualifications into major UEFA European competitions. Today, they play their home matches at the modern Alphamega Stadium in Kolossi.
