HOW WE USE AND PROCESS YOUR DATA

The only information we require for registered accounts is your email address, chosen username, password (which we store hashed) and the IP address you registered with.

Further to this all posts submitted to the site have the IP Address used to make the post stored indefinitely.

If you log in using third party apps such as Steam, Facebook, Twitter or Google, then we will store your ID for that third party account. This is just a random combination of numbers and/or letters that can be used it identify you and does not include any personal information.

We do not share any information about you with any third party and only your provided username is available publicly.

We use the information we store to identify you and associate any activity you perform on the site with your account, e.g. associating your forum posts with your username.

Should you ever accidentally submit personal information to the site in the form of a public forum post or comment you can edit the content yourself to remove the info and a copy of the original will not be saved. Simply use the "edit" button alongside any post or comment you have authored.

You may delete your account and any personal information we store on you at anytime by visiting your account settings and selecting "Delete Account" at the very bottom.

When you delete your account, we will no longer have access to your personal information but we reserve the right to keep copies of any posts and comments you have submitted to the forums.

We will also stored a hashed version of your email address (this cannot be unencrypted or used as a form of contact) which will allow us to verify you as the previous owner of the account should that ever be necessary.
