That's a fantastic eye! I was looking at this (the best I can anyway) and it seems to me, for reasons not relevant to FM, the federation is now pushing Russian as the primary language. If you go to abff.by, the default language is RU. Its logos are in RU, even after changing to BY, and all of its media is too. Sure, but only one of the versions I posted are in the pack currently. All were sourced here: https://www.lfafotbal.cz/dokumenty?search=&id_category=8 For example, the official Twitter account uses the white version often, but that's not available currently. To demonstrate further, only one of the following options are included as it stands (from league brand guidelines):

The pack has what the brand guidelines recommend (e.g. 'Deep Blue' text on 'Neon Green' background for Chance liga), but there doesn't seem to be recommendations for how big the background should be proportionally, or what shape it should be. The current ones always struck me as having too large of a background to logo ratio, but I don't know enough to say they're wrong. Some examples of how the league itself uses the logos:

D'oh. At least I got the IDs correct! Indeed, most of the logos from the guidelines are already in the pack, but neither of the variants I posted are (mono white & mono red, transparent backgrounds). I don't think the vertical variants are considered the basic type. In the brand guidelines they're called the vertical variant of logotype, for usage on vertical formats. Although I don't think that's too important for the pack, if the vertical versions look better in FM, I think there should be no hesitation to choose those ones. Whichever version is best, the white/red mono variants are also great for legibility. Black text is even less legible in the new UI.
