If it's possible i want black logo folder for PSG team, normal and small size. thank's

The black and white version is already in the alternative folder in our packs with a couple of other options. I've made the white and black version too.

Thank you, how to choose an alternative logo for his club and install it?

You will need to change the logo name to 868 for all sizes and replace the main logo in each of the four folders.

I would recommend making a copy of the original logo incase you wish to change it back at some point.
