Have you followed the instructions carefully? You only need to download one logo packs, ie folder call logos and extract the logos pack into that. Or show screenshot where your file destination is. Hopefully we can help you :)

Found the UI very confusing. I'm sure I'll get used to it when I get chance to play it more.

Absolutely a shame. But do think they kind of rushed everything ie with the bugs that people are picking up. Facepacks and logos is working on mine.
