Any sign of this badge's use comes from that club. In this video however, I saw a similar-looking badge on the club's kits. This is the logo straight from their website. The other badge I found is from multiple sources, it actually shows their full name "一目千本桜FC feat. S.U.F.T", it seems like it is from some official source, https://financie.jp/users/SendaiU_Soccer. The SUFT probably stands for Sendai University Football Team, which is actually the name of a real separate (and active) university club (see https://x.com/sendaisoccer). Some Japanese schools have multiple football clubs, see Chukyo. I am leaning toward this one being a retro logo. 1

In the competition's history tab, it shows two occurrences, one in 14/15 and one in 16/17, both won by Wimbledon. It should be noted that SI have sponsored Wimbledon since its foundation, and Watford have also been sponsored by FM for a while, even having them as shirt sponsors in 12/13. Looking online this was an actual friendly competition. Here is the (incorrect) logo used in the pack.
