I would suggest a background sub folder if your not using one just to keep everything orgnised. Here's an example of just Stockport. Stockport.zip 1

I've put it in the backgrounds should I make a folder within backgrounds as the background isn't working but the other ones are?

Had you got a Stockport background already? If so I would simply replace it with the one I've made and reload the skin. Then remove the folder I sent you as it has a config file which could be conflicting with another one you may have in the backgrounds folder.
