Hi guys, I'm trying to create the new Material Skin, even if it will be complicated to change the structure of the skin but I'm managing to change colors etc... stay tuned :)

One of my favourite skins ever as you know @budwaiser4. 😄

Hopefully the kits/logos will be displayed larger like previous versions in time.

I don't know if I'll be able to structurally modify the skin because unfortunately I don't know Unity... I'll see what I can do :)

The Material Skin is ready for you again this year!

It's based on the colors of the skin created for previous editions of the game, with the addition of a couple of custom backgrounds. For now, this version is based on the game still in beta, so there may be structural issues unrelated to the skin.

To use the default attribute colors go to preferences -> details -> audio and video and choose preset 3 on "player attributes"

Download the file.

1. Unzip the file.

2. Locate the Game Directory: Navigate to your Football Manager installation directory.
   The standard path for Windows is typically:
   \Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\fm_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64\
    

3. And for Mac:
   ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 26/fm.app/Contents/Resources/Data/StreamingAssets/aa/StandaloneOSX

4. Locate the original files (SEE ABOVE) in the game's data folder and make a backup copy before proceeding.

5. Copy and paste the files into the game directory. When asked, choose to overwrite/replace the existing files.

For Mac users experiencing crashes or other issues, I recommend restoring the "ui-tactics_assets_all" and "ui-widgets_assets_all" files, restoring the original ones and replacing the others present in the skin you've downloaded or need to download.

For those who no longer have the original files, it's best to run the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" command from "Settings->Installed Files" on Steam to restore the original files. Then, replace them with the skin's files, except for "ui-tactics_assets_all" and "ui-widgets_assets_all."

Update for Mac user that using v.04 of my skin:
I test with a guy with an M3 Pro - Sequoia 15.3

you should not replace
ui_match_asset
ui_panelids_uxml_asset
ui_recruitment_asset
ui_tactics_asset
ui_tiles_asset
ui_widget_asset

Now should work, with a less changes of colors than the complete skin

Before installing this version restore the original files if you have installed the previous version because one file is missed compared to 0.6.1
