  1. Newcastle United have been in the headlines this week with huge investment from Saudi Arabia which will surely lead to the club being a popular choice as an FM22 first game. The wealth of their new owners make Manchester City's look insignificant by comparison but I wonder what will their approach be. Financial Fair Play will be interesting and I'm sure they will try to work their way around it somehow but how will it compare to Chelsea and Manchester City's transformations? I'm sure they would like to make some marque signings as City did with Robinho but I've taken the approach of looking at signings from the Premier League only to see how their first eleven could look and not including any of their current squad. How would be your Newcastle United targets in FM22 based on realistic targets from the Premier League? GK Kepa - The worlds most expensive goalkeeper is currently playing second fiddle at Chelsea and might be an option. RB Aarons - An exciting English talent with Premier League experience means he should surely be a target. CB Rudiger - Often linked with moves away from Chelsea, Rudiger could bring in some valuable quality and experience. CB Tarkowski - Already considered to be the first target for the new regime. LB Digne - Not many options of quality at left back but Digne is a talented player. CM - Rice - Newcastle could be an option for the West Ham man who is regularly linked with big moves which fail to materialise. CM Neves - Ruben Neves would be an amazing signing and is surely due a move from Wolves. CM Phillips - The England man has established himself as an International and would be a great addition AML Zaha - Another player constantly linked with a move away from his club. AMR Richarlison - An exciting player with great quality ST Calvert-Lewin - I'm not purposely targeting Everton here but this could be a good move for a player who has really transformed himself in the past couple of seasons.
  2. Typically I normally start my first FM game of each version choosing a team below the Premier League. However, you would imagine a popular choice this year may be the newly rich Newcastle United. Who are you guys going to start off with for FM24?
  3. https://i.ibb.co/c1FhWnp/603.png The Villa I've decided to have one last FM21 game before the release of FM22 and decided it was finally time to take the reigns at Aston Villa, having never managed them in any Football Manager version. One of the reasons behind choosing Villa was to see how far I can take this team in 3-4 seasons and without the star player and captain Jack Grealish. Although the opening budget was quite small I decided not to sell any first team players to raise funds, at least until January to see how they perform. It's been a decent start so far to the season as the team remain undefeated early on with four Premier League games and three Carabao Cup games having been played. The opening game at Villa Park was bitter sweet with Leon Bailey netting a 16th minute winner but unfortunately a late injury ruled him out for 4-5 weeks but the highlight had to be the only game we didn't win, a 2-2 draw at Manchester City. Having taken a two goal lead I was disappointed not to hold on for the win but it was a good result. Despite losing a key player like Bailey, his replacements have performed well with El Ghazi netting twice to knock Arsenal out of the Carabao Cup and Traore smashing a hat-trick past bottom placed Watford in our last Premier League game. However, Danny Ings hasn't quite settled yet as he's yet to find the net in his opening 7 games for the club which may indicate a higher quality backup may be needed in the January window. 8. Here you go mate Off topic, which Logos are you using at the moment?
  9. Yes I agree mate. Normally I would put any temporary logos in the alternatives folder, I'm not sure why I didn't this time. I'll be updating this megapack completely this week as mentioned before and I will change them around.
  10. I'm not a big fan of that Italy logo. I think the current version is much better. Anyway we will update the packs obviously ?
  11. It said me the first pack logos 001 is damaged when you try to unzip it That's strange mate. I've download the full pack twice now in the last two days and it's worked fine. Maybe try download Part 1 again.
  12. Thanks mate
  13. I'm working on decreasing the overall byte size of the pack but it will take a few days for this to be completed. Hopefully then I can get the megapack back down to one file.
  14. Just checked it now mate and it worked fine. Have you selected all five files and pressed extract or unzip?

  18. Thanks mate. I put this Swansea logo in the alternative folder of Update 4 as it's only for one season and then reverts back to the original.
  19. Here you go Jeff!
  20. Thanks mate I'll have a look at these. It doesn't change anything in game but I'll remove them if/when I'm updating the megapack. I'll remove them from the Stone and TPU logos packs I'm currently working on now.
