Any sign of this badge's use comes from that club. In this video however, I saw a similar-looking badge on the club's kits. This is the logo straight from their website. The other badge I found is from multiple sources, it actually shows their full name "一目千本桜FC feat. S.U.F.T", it seems like it is from some official source, https://financie.jp/users/SendaiU_Soccer. The SUFT probably stands for Sendai University Football Team, which is actually the name of a real separate (and active) university club (see https://x.com/sendaisoccer). Some Japanese schools have multiple football clubs, see Chukyo. I am leaning toward this one being a retro logo.
