FMG Build A Squad Challenge Episode 3

This is the third FMG Build A Squad save and in this challenge we focus on oil rich Newcastle United. New manager Eddie Howe has just been appointed to the club and has plenty of cash at his disposal to build a title chasing squad. This challenge allows you to raise more funds by selling off the current squad.

Your challenge is to rebuild the squad based on key criteria.

Key Criteria

• You must sign a minimum of 25 player in your squad (3 Goalkeepers required)
• Transfer budget of £600m (€700m) - No instalments allowed.
• Wage budget of £8m (€9.2m)
• 8 players must be English
• Summer Transfer Window Deadline (August 31st 2021, game time)

 

This challenge will close on Sunday May 1st and all entries must be submitted by 9PM GMT.

Voting will commence on Monday May 2nd until Friday May 6th with leaderboard points allocated as outlined in the graphic above.

Nice challenge considering the reputation of Newcastle... I don't think you will have to spend both entire budgets...

True, you can sell the players for extra budget in this challenge

I've just read the description. Should have done it before posting.

Yes I just thought I'd switch it up with this one and leave the players in as an added challenge.

I wanted to do this one since the beginning.

This one didn’t seem too popular. Extend or start a new one?

Perhaps I’ll stick to the empty squads going forward?

Sorry mate, forgot about this one... Was a little busy with real life and stuff! Seemed like a nice challenge to me though, but start another and end this one
