June 29Jun 29 Administrators Hi guys Apologies for the down time over the past two days but we were temporarily taken offline by our hosts as a precaution as the site was attacked while I was on holiday. Despite security being tight here there were several accounts that got through and posted various items which were flagged as phishing. Several measures have been taken to ensure this doesn't happen again but if any member or staff member spots anything further please flag as spam. I'll start working on our monthly updates but there may be some delay.
June 29Jun 29 Author Administrators On another note the email system was also taken down and for the moment is still down. I will approve new members manually until the service is back up and running. No verification email will be sent despite messages stating that there will.

July 6Jul 6 Moderators I blame Temp. The bots and hackers were obviously attracted to Temps personality and it caused widespread hacks. Offer them Yorkshire Tea and they'll all back off. On a serious note, glad it's all sorted

Apart from this I've looked at our logs and we only go offline for a few minutes when I have to update the site. The 'attack' was contained due to the measures I've taken but we are still receiving attempts from the same region. Several site owners have confirmed they also have the same issue.
