Ok but you will need to decide what to do with players, staff and finances? You currently have no players. Is this correct? I take it your the manager but do you want a starting staff or will you hire them in-game? What balance, transfer budget and wage budget do you want? I've set the reputation to 6,500 which is slightly above average for a relegation fighting Prem team. Similar to Brentford, Fulham and Everton.
