  1. Thank you very much for the clarification. This is undoubtedly a glitch in the software that manages my downloads, called AB Download Manager. I imagine I only downloaded that file once, and for some reason the software must have sent a bunch of requests. I’ll remove it to fix the problem. Thanks for your help. As for which account I want to keep, it’s this one I’m telling you about—it’s the oldest one I have and my main one. If it works, I don’t need another one.

  3. My default browser is Vivaldi, but I also tried Firefox and got the same result. Did they add a feature to limit downloads? That’s what I’m taking from the message. I’ve tried removing all browser extensions to rule out any issues they might be causing. P.S.: I cleared the cache in both browsers, and I even tried it on my second operating system (Linux), but nothing has changed.
