That is an Algerian league, I believe the third division (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ligue_nationale_du_football_amateur_(Algérie)) I posted the wrong link, I meant to post https://lnfa.ma/.

This logo is already in the pack in good quality. If this it the 3rd tier the ID would be 13228126. From what I know, the 3rd tier is the Ligue Nationale de Football Amateur (website is https://liguenf.com/) The pack already has this logo in good quality. "Moroccan Lower Leagues" (12066414) in FM is the 4th division, split into north and south in FM. If this is the 4th tier this would be 12066414. The rest could be added as alt.
