I don't think there is any budget. The club makes losses every single year and the chairman pays for these debts.

We don't have any loanees at this point from Chelsea actually! Which is surprising. Having said that, one of our best players (Bazoer) is leaving on a free, Doekhi (decent defender), too, Openda (talented striker loanee) will not come back. Almost the entire team needs to be built back up next year

Nicholas Oliver (My first ever Brit! 109M from Arsenal, 2032), Ilaix Moriba (120M from Hertha Berlin, 2028) AMR: Carsten Wrobel (77M from Hoffenheim, 2030) or Gerardo Aguilar (5,25M from San Lorenzo, 2028) AML: Ismael Fondarella (97M from Villarreal, 2030), KYLIAN MBAPPÉ (!!) I hear this song on the radio a lot nowadays, it uses a sample of 'I Keep Forgettin' (Everytime You're Near)' by Doobie Brothers singer Michael McDonald. Although I don't listen to rap music a lot (Plus that I never heard this song before, weird since it is from 1994), I actually like the song and the mix with McDonald's original singing... I enjoy listening to music a lot so you may find me posting more of my taste of music :P

This is one of my star players: Since I bought him he practically wins/won everything there is to win, except that he constantly gets NOT called up AT ALL for the German national team. Ever. I am still trying to figure out why this is, even opening the ingame editor to see if the manager maybe dislikes him or something... Ever had anything similar like this?
