Well, this time I will try a 3-4-3, taking advantage of the fact that in Italy it is used a lot.
The market was busy, many players wanted to leave because I rejected offers, so I took the opportunity to lower salaries and earn some money.

Few players arrived, but of quality and future. I also added some interesting youth players.

Their squad is quite old so that’s a challenge to work on. The Saudi money is obviously not available. I think we started this before the takeover

Out of curiosity, I accepted and made a separate save, the staff is old but still of quality. We play Conference.

At first glance we don't need many new players, I will use my 4-3-3 as a base.

GK

With Onana and Gunn the area is well covered, the ideal would be to buy a young goalkeeper and sell 1 of the two.

 

Defender

The central area is well covered, we could bring in someone of a good level and sell Morato or Gomez. On the left we are excellent and on the right if we bring 1 player.

Midfielers

Some have asked to leave because they want to play in the Champions League (Goncalvez and Bailey), we need to bring in 2 MCs and if someone leaves we need to find a replacement.

 

Strickers

Gomez has already informed that he will look for new challenges, Malen wants to leave to play in the Champions League and Savio is very young. We must look for 1 player.

 

Gunn, Soucek and Gomez will finish contract at the end of this season

It’s a decent squad in fairness now that I’ve looked at it more.

We have completed the first two months at the club and the truth is that his performance has been wonderful.
We have obtained very good results and we have advanced a lot in the table.

Regarding the roster, there have been a LOT of changes hahaha

David O'Leary: defender recommended by scouts, arrives as a gamble.

Andy Shearer: When we managed to sell Angus Gunn we were looking for a young goalkeeper with potential, Shearer arrived to start as 2nd goalkeeper.

David Robinson: interesting offensive player, he wanted to leave Manchester and we made a big investment for him.

Joao Francisco: when Cucurella left the team we were looking for a young replacement for the area and Joao seemed to be the right one.

Calegari: in the search for a LD the Brazilian seemed to us the right one and we made a strong investment for him.

Diego Bustos: Argentine striker who arrived as a gamble.

Kevin de Bruyne and Fabinho arrived as part payment of 2 sales. They are old but can be used as replacements for at least 1 year.

Richard Wood: the last day of the market found us with the departure of Serrano and we had to find a replacement quickly. Wood is interesting and has a future

 

For next season we will secure 4 players who will arrive on free contracts

Didier Bustamante: Colombian goalkeeper recommended by scouts

Renan: defender or midfielder who is interesting as a spare part

Cristian Gomez: covers several positions on offense, a gamble

Gauthier Kauffmann: will arrive as a replacement for Maxi Gomez

In terms of departures, we managed to sell some players with potential, we sold or let go others who had no potential for the club.

Those who left wanted to go to bigger teams or play in the Champions League, we got good money for them.

Maxi Gomez, who did not want to renew (he already signed with Lyon), will leave.
