Anything goes and then pass it over on June 1st to the next person.

For the time being I changed the scheme, 4-3-3 I will use and I already did the training for the season hahaha.

The truth is that there is a good team, I will look for a LD and a LI, I will try to sell/transfer those of the reserve team and see what to bring to have a wide replacement (I will look for transfers or young players).

I had been putting the whole youth teams on the loan list to reduce the wage bill, maybe you can cut in the staff as well... Obviously the debt is a problem

Uff yes, the wages was a big problem to be able to bring in players. I had to rule out Debuchy, who was taking up my entire budget.

I should have let him go, I didn't... Couldn't do it somehow, although he is old, declining rapidly.. Kinda silly I didn't let him just leave.

Both are for right side, I will start with Valenzuela and Poveda at back up.

I cleaned out players who had no future or were too expensive to be replacements. At least we have saved on salaries and earned a considerable amount of money.

There were already 2 signings scheduled when I took over, I brought in Valenzuela and Poveda as I showed you. At the end of the market I got two loans to give more quality to the midfield.

Wow, nice start there! That is a better start then I had, and I thought my start was good 😁

Second full month and the team continues to be unstoppable. We have started to rotate a little so that everyone has minutes and they have performed wonderfully.

Lille and Vitesse offered us talks to hire us as manager, I was not interested and the club offered us a contract renewal until 2025 with a good salary increase, we signed.

🤯 ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!?!?! I would NEVER have rejected an offer from world famous club Vitesse!!!!!!!

Anyway, great job so far!!

We finished the 3rd month, which was practically perfect. Unfortunately, the first loss and the first draw came at the end of the month.

We are leaders, something that nobody imagined hahaha.

Now there is a 2 month break due to the World Cup, 1 month of vacations and the other one we will play friendly matches.
