I've been going through the thread and have collected all logos that have been submitted. I'm still waiting on some logo submissions but feel there isn't enough done on the women's side for me to release the update to be honest.

At the moment there are just under 400 logos including competitions which is weak. Now, without this sounding like an SI blog 😄 I'd like to delay this and release it next weekend. This will give me another week to put some work into researching womens logos and I'll delay my other projects. The issue I have is we have not just got the standard logo pack here but several styles so when I release the update the other styles will have women's leagues with 3 or 4 logos. It needs to be collected as if we have zero logos in a league.

Does this make sense to everyone?

I get what you’re saying about waiting for more women’s logos before releasing the update. From what I’ve seen, though, most people still play the men’s leagues, so there’s naturally less focus and interest in the women’s side right now. That’s just how it is for many players, myself included.

Maybe it would make sense to split the research into two separate threads (one for men’s and one for women’s clubs). It would probably make things easier to manage and let people focus on the part they’re most interested in.

Personally, I only play the men’s leagues, so I don’t download women’s logo, kits or faces. It’s just personal preference, not anything against women’s football. Everyone has different interests and that’s fine.

And honestly, I have to say, this thread has more communication and teamwork than Sports Interactive lately!

ok, i'll step forward and announce (wonderfully official) that we will have a separate researchers’ club for women's logos.

this will facilitate both tracking changes/updates for the game's two categories and - for purely selfish reasons - make the logo collecting for me easier. 😁

these are all historical/outdated logos from last year -- the main logo would be incorrect -- the qualifiers have their own logos.

Benidorm (59147824_club.png) has the wrong logo. It should be this blue one from CF Benidorm, not the Atlético Benidorm one. You can ask Google Gemini;

The main active football club in Benidorm today appears to be CF Benidorm (Club de Fútbol Benidorm).
