@Derek @cameosis The statement from Leonfortese explaining why they decided to revert to using this name rather than Leonxibet, under which they registered for the championship:

"This decision was mainly dictated by the fact that the club has significant support from the local community at a time when it is necessary to save an important asset such as the Eccellenza league. This is how Leonfortese president Giovanni Russo explains the white and green club's return to Leonforte. So, next Sunday, 1 February, the white and green lions will return to the municipal stadium in the Mongiafora district.

"I would like to thank the municipal administration of Calascibetta and all the officials for their hospitality and helpfulness towards us during this part of the championship," comments Giovanni Russo, "but with the collapse of a project that was launched at the beginning of the championship, it no longer makes sense to stay in Calascibetta.

So, in agreement with the municipal administration of Leonforte, represented by the mayor and deputy mayor Piero Livolsi and Adriano Licata, we have decided to return home. And in order to have the maximum support of our community in home games, admission for locals will be free.

We cannot hide the fact that we are in a difficult position in the standings. But the club has done everything in its power to improve technically. @Markitos Following the official announcement below, the Leonxibet ID in the database should be deactivated and the Leonfortese ID should be reactivated. I would be grateful if you could report this to the Sortitousi team.

@Derek if the comp is updated, i.e. not marked as extinct, then the latest/current logo should be used, even if it’s incorrect in the real world (in this case the current federation logo) -- i’d agree with @kenolio so as not to add further to the confusion. since it’s now fantasay anyway, i will make a note to create a logo for it as an update of sorts to the historical one.

the fm db would need a few years of weeding out and restructuring to be cleansed, not going to happen, sadly.

You can use this one as it's the same one currently used in the pack, so it'll just be a quality improvement
