I am still investigating, because every year there are “mergers” or agreements between teams to compete in the First C of Colombia. I haven't found much information about Academia Santa Rosa, only the shield and club La Academia (the blue one).
Lerma, on the other hand, is a club from another city that has been around for a long time.
