Yes, it's the new sponsor, but the competition hasn't been officially announced, and the official logo hasn't been released; the image is a leak. The shape of the logo should be like that of the Copa Chile, and this shape is different. I don't know if it would be a good idea to add this logo as an official logo now. 1
