What a terrible referee

Excelsior in the final... Easy game. Nice results in the CL mate!

Hello from (surprisingly) sunny Macedonia! The temperature is about 15 degrees, and it is really sunny! Very unusual for this part of the year, normally it is colder. This is my view!

Tomorrow I will be leaving to Ohrid, North-Macedonia! Really looking forward to this!

And here we go to the start of the season... After working off the pre-season, which was not very promising, we faced Feyenoord at home in the first match. The match started out even but we edged it in the first half, with Vidovic opening the score. Feyenoord got red carded and me a penalty, and after that it was just playing the match out, totally dominating, but no goals after this. The next match against Excelsior we lost two points, we dominated, but managed to save a draw with a goal from Kacper Kozlowski, with a screamer, in the final minutes. Then we faced Heerenveen, they were no real match for us, 3-0 win, with a hattrick of Polish loanee Bialek. At the moment we are 1st, but it will probably not stay this way... Schedule, results and league table

Well, here we go! Loaded the database with England, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina and obviously Holland. All top two leagues have been selected as playable, and I selected a large database to have as much players loaded as possible. Made a new profile with me having a Continental License and International Footballer experience. I've edited the database a little bit as I usually do before a game, to my liking. Obviously I'm not going to cheat the game and make everyone wonderkids and such, but I believed some editing was in order to make the game feel like it is more real for me. I have improved or decreased player stats slightly. I am going to start with the players I have and have the first transfer window disabled. The players I have slightly increased are Meulensteen and Tronstad. Both are pretty important team players and this is not reflected ingame. The player I have decreased is Ferro. Since I have the ingame editor as well, maybe I will change a little more, but it will probably stay the way it is right now. Squad/First XI/Tactical Okay, in real life the 'team' played like loose sand, but looking at the squad there is some decent potential for this level. A lot of loan players though... But as said before, Vitesse's team had to be built back up again. I don't know much about all these new arrivals, as most of the team are entirely new players. Mitchell Dijks, Matus Bero and Million Manhoef are the key players of this squad. Manhoef can play all over the right and left wings, and seems to have decent potential too. By the way, when editing the database, I did not look at these values. The player whom I believe has the biggest potential is loanee Gabriel Vidovic, coming in from Bayern. I've chosen a 4-3-3 formation with a lot of pressing, but the team as a whole lacks wingers as backup. I'm contemplating about creating a secondary formation with two wingbacks and two strikers, but let's see how this goes first. For added realism, I've also added the three future transfers in January. 10th of January Nicolas Isimat-Marin will arrive. Davy Pröpper returns from retirement and will arrive 27th of January. I had to recreate him from scratch so decided to load up last years database, and copied all of his statistics, though slightly decreased current ability, and playing statistics. And lastly Marco van Ginkel's future transfer has been added, he will be joining 31st of January. Excited about this new game, let's see how it goes!

I'm not joking, I am sure I can send you something

Last update, I won't bore you with records and other statistics, as they can be found in the game. Tomorrow I will load the game up and let's go from there. I hope you enjoyed the looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong introduction and history of my club

Honestly, I have been looking at this for quite some time... I seem to remember though, that there is a Dutch site which offers similar stuff @VyKingI am going to mail them to send you a Vitesse jersey next
-
I just realise I did not reply... But yes, off course, @VyKingand @Derek, you guys are always welcome here! Or the other way around off course, I like England, been to Newcastle twice and Hull once. And @VyKing, then you will finally see a real match lol

I had Susic in last year's version with Napoli, he is very good for a team like Ajax. Unfortunately for me he did not develop well, and that's also because I had a pretty much unlimited budget...
-
Seems flatterend though... Surprised you still have Klaassen Loooool
-
You lucked out against me... Lucky Ajax

Four years ago, my mom booked a holiday for me and my father to North-Macedonia, it was only 99 euro, flight and accomodation included, very bloody cheap. I did not know anything about this country, so we went with clear minds. The flight was to the city of Ohrid near a beautiful lake, the hotel was picked random so we had no idea where we would end up. We ended up in a village named Pestani, not very touristy (Which I like). In the beginning we found the locals pretty withdrawn, English wasn't their language either so in the beginning we found it difficult. That changed a day later when we went to explore the village and found a local restaurant. The restaurant is run by 'mom and dad' (As we called these wonderful people) and their two sons. Mom and dad didn't speak English, but somehow the menu was written in 'Dutch' (Not really, but just too cute). We ended up there every day and formed a connection with one of their sons, Dragan, who cooked for us every evening, and knew a little English, and often drove us back to the hotel up the hills, when we had a little too much to drink. The first time I wanted to tip him for that, he became angry with me for doing that, he absolutely did not want my money at all. These people are proud of their country, they just do not blindly accept tips. He just felt it was a sensible thing to do. Anyway, I wanted to go back since, if only to meet with Dragan once again, I really loved that dude, he could be a friend of everyone, that is just the kind of guy he is. Corona happened, I did book a flight over a year ago, but decided against it because of the uncertainty. Fast-forward to today... I see facebook posts of Dragan, and see he has a Dutch girlfriend, who - believe it or not - lives not far from me, AND he was in Holland for the first time. So I ask him to come to my work (It was Christmas and I was very busy at that point). I was busy working and I hear someone behind me, asking something in English, and it was this dude! I was so happy to see him and gave him a long hug, and later in the week we had a drink, with my dad tagging along, who also wants to go back to this beautiful country again. Next month, 19 February, I am finally going back again. It will probably be a little cold, but I don't care. Dragan and his girlfriend are also getting married in September, and he invited me as well. It's a small world after all, right? What's a place you would like to visit (again)?
-
True, obviously, but fans of both clubs might disagree with you...
-
You just had to mention Vitesse, didn't you?
-
10th is okay with the current players, I think... Hope I will do better in my game though. Edit: The name San Siro is for AC Milan fans, not Inter...
