Schedule and results: League Table: Very exciting game... Will we make the playoffs or not? I would think we have a very good chance, only lower teams in the remaining games...
-
Time for an update, finally! Schedule and results: We're out of the FA Trophy after a loss against Teford, wasn't needed, but we're out. Immediatly after we lost again against Welling in the league. After this, the machine started with dominating wins, and a narrow win against league leaders Havant & Waterlooville! Six wins in a row is amazing for a club of this stature! League table: We find ourselves in a playoff spot at the moment! But all teams are pretty close to each other, though I am encouraged by the new players I brought in. A new defender, midfielder, winger and striker were all added to the squad roster, with three of them on non-contracts. All of these signings have proven their worth a lot and improving the team as a whole immensely. Very hard to scout and find new players though at this level... 11 games to go, hopefully I can make it to the playoffs and perhaps cause a big upset! Thanks for your patience guys!

We are getting offtopic with @VyKing's shitty Ajax game though. Still love you though, despite this obvious insult. I forgive you

He is gone, now Americans have taken over. But we cannot spend money on players, knvb has not approved takeover yet. Though, we are clear of any debts, the Russian dude cleared it before he left. 140M I think it was..
-
I just don't like their supporters, always bloody arrogant as hell. Besides NEC it is the club I dislike most of all. 'We are Ajax, we are the best'. Fuck you. And when I as a Vitesse fan am critical I always get a comparison with my club's performances which is just plain stupid. Ajax is, or should be, a top flight club, there is no comparison with Vitesse, who are mediocre at best. It is like comparing women's and men's football, you cannot compare that either.

Changed my mind. F Ajax. Hope you do worse than Schreuder. Kbye!

Going to continue soon, with december out of the way, I am good to go! Already played a few more games, but not worth an update. Sorry for the delay guys! Bear with me
-
I think it is a licensing issue mate, good luck with the so called 'Godenzonen'. Hopefully you will do better than Schreuder, that said, should not be hard

Same to you and off course every member involved!

@Derek great final! I was late watching it so started it over from the beginning, without watching the score at the time (60 min in). Argentina deserved it, I think. Though the first penalty was not a penalty in my opinion, at all. Exciting final and Mbappé will exceed Messi eventually. As a whole. Boring, a lot of controversy surrounding the referees in all of the knockout rounds, not much exciting football.

I felt England played better! Did not see the whole match though...

As a Dutchman, this is how I saw the match vs Argentina, maybe I am biased, but nonetheless, here goes... I will begin by saying the referee was blatantly awful, in many of his decisions on BOTH sides, which (I believe) caused a lot of frustration on either side as he slowly lost his grip on the match, as well as both teams. He gave out yellow cards like candy for small offences but kept his cards in his pocket for the obvious handball of Messi, and the kick in the dugout of the Dutch. Yes, Argentina vs Holland is always a pretty heated match, but in my opinion it did not look like that in the beginning at all. The first half was respectful to each other, or at least, I seemed to think so. He seemed in favor of Messi, too, who felt to the ground all the time at the slightest touch. The penalty given, was in my eyes, a punishment too, way too harsh. Then the Dutch came back, and 10 min extra time was given, and the Dutch equalised in the dying seconds of the game. Deserved? No. Absolutely not. Was I happy? Off course! I think I woke my entire apartment block! All Argentina players surrounded the referee at the extra time given, a trend this World Cup, that much ET... And then the referee seemed to lose more control, and seemingly influenced by the Argentines, whistled in favour of them all through extra time. I cannot help to think Lahoz had a huge influence on the match, and how it went along... Messi is done for me though, lost all my respect as I have never seen him like this before. Tirades against Weghorst and Van Gaal were a disgrace for a player of his stature... My two cents... Ps: I was happy to see Ronaldo cry, byebye now!

What the hell happened here?? Jesus Christ on a stick! I am shouting my lungs out in my house

Sorry for the lack of updates, the end of November (Sinterklaas), and December (Christmas) are traditionally very very very busy and stressful months at work. I have not even started on my own Vitesse game yet! off course the World Cup also plays a role as I'd like to see as many matches as possible. Just so y'all know!

@Derekyou jinxed it
-
He will not accept. Instead of celebrating the win he went off the pitch immediately..
-
It is not often though, a British player is impressing abroad How about Man Utd? Are they still interested?
-
Bayern out of the equation? Most of the time Dortmund players move to Bayern. Anyway, City has Foden, I would think Liverpool or Real
-
You mean the Netherlands... Because of various reasons I dislike the Portuguese, but I think they're better without Ronaldo than with at this moment. 2 0!
-
Indeed! All weak shots... If I believe the media, probably yes. I will admit Ronaldo has been a great player, but he has always acted like a big child, this is no difference. First a destroying interview with Morgan, disrupting the team's preparation on the World Cup, then claiming a goal when he clearly did not even touch the ball, then cussing and swearing when the 'great Ronaldo' is substituted... He is a has been, thinks he alone is Portugal, places himself above everyone else, a cry baby and the sooner he realises that, the better. An arrogant, selfish, narcistic asshole, and he has always been like this, but because of his very impressive play in every department, everyone just went along with his 'wishes'.. I hope he will be benched through all of the tournament
