the belarusian competition logos will all have to be corrected eventually -- these are all the russian language variants, which are alts and not mains.

note how the competition name is written in belarusian:

I was trying to find the corresponding version for 5. deild, but the only source I can trace it back to is FM-related logo packs. I haven't found an instance of lower league Icelandic clubs using it in promotional material yet.

derek can probably say more, because he uploaded the division logos to sortitoutsi. pretty recent, last year. could have been schweigi or someone else who submits logos in packs. i don’t recall downloading them. the typeface looks legit, including 5. deild.

couple of corrections. only the top tier league is called hnl.
the second tier is 1. nl, the third tier 2. nl, and the fourth tier 3. nl (with respective groups).

the old name for the top tier was 1. hnl, second 2. hnl, third 3. hnl.
they are not to be confused with each other.

logos should already be in the pack, i had also shared the older lower league comp logos.

vertical/portrait versions are the mains, horizontal/landscape the alts:

D'oh. At least I got the IDs correct!

Indeed, most of the logos from the guidelines are already in the pack, but neither of the variants I posted are (mono white & mono red, transparent backgrounds).

I don't think the vertical variants are considered the basic type. In the brand guidelines they're called the vertical variant of logotype, for usage on vertical formats. Although I don't think that's too important for the pack, if the vertical versions look better in FM, I think there should be no hesitation to choose those ones.

Whichever version is best, the white/red mono variants are also great for legibility. Black text is even less legible in the new UI.
