"To avoid having to change photo names every time I find one that's wrong, I used a programme I had to change/edit names en masse and added a letter at the end of each ID, both in club logos and competition logos (different letters for clubs and competitions, obviously). Then I redid the configurations with the graphics configurator, and that was it. Now I can see the logos of all the clubs and competitions, as well as the faces that weren't visible before."

Lupas rename 2000

You could do 'club [id]' and 'competition [id]' with a space in between indeed for example. Bulk rename action, however the fmXML tooling would not understand the ID anymore, so that is something to work around.

This is why I'm hoping to avoid it completely. We started to change some file names and then decided to hold off until full release.

I have no confidence in SI fixing the issue as they don't wish to discuss graphics packs at all due to licensing. If I can avoid having to work around the FM XML it would be great.

Yeah, let's see. We need more time to readjust as well as see what happens in the meantime. Would not agree with them prioritizing custom graphics lower as this is part of their base game functionality.

Also filed the bug for the artifacts on the PNGs today, it happens because they do compress it most likely and the texture wrap mode is not on clamp; at least that is what I found for similar Unity apps (see bug report).
