According to the information on the indian FA, the AIFF Super Cup is an inter-league cup tournament played between teams from the Indian Super League and the I-League. The champions of the AIFF Super Cup qualify for the AFC Champions League Two Preliminary Round

Cross-referencing the database winners history with the real winners history, it's 5624533. Although that'd make the in-game competition apparently a combination of two different competitions, the now defunct Indian Super Cup and the AIFF Super Cup.

5624532 is set as extinct and it's not 7640059.
