Downloaded a brand new megapack & followed the instructions but cannot for the life of me get it working. I'm on Mac and have no issues with other logo packs I prefer FMG ones but cant use them unfortunately

Yes. This will work on all versions of FM. There will be some ID changes obviously for some clubs but the vast majority will be fine.
