a piece of possibly helpful info for researchers: many content management systems nowadays resize images according to display needs and purposes. whenever this happens, the image receives a distinct filename, as in the example below: cynthia-8-anni-2000-1-292x300.jpg https://www.glieroidelcalcio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/cynthia-8-anni-2000-1-292x300.jpg if you remove the size information (292x300), you get the full-size image in most cases (there are instances where only the resized image is uploaded): cynthia-8-anni-2000-1-292x300.jpg cynthia-8-anni-2000-1.jpg https://www.glieroidelcalcio.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/cynthia-8-anni-2000-1.jpg depending on the naming structure, usually the preceding dash (-) has to be removed as well, albeit there are exceptions. it’s based on trial and error. the basic premise is to remove the image size information (height and width) contained in the filename.

make it 27 or 28, just to be on the safe side of things. 😆 i never believed they’d manage to release the game, to be honest. the process is interestingly enough always the same, whether politics, sports, business -- denial as long as it’s possible, then breaking the »news« (which everyone expected in the first place) with some fluff and buzzwords. completely agree on the pre-order aspect, but again, to quote the great gil scott-heron from his song »we almost lost detroit«: money wins out every time. the non-update for fm24 is also poor -- so many players/staff that are not in the official db. we need an open source alternative to the game, and i believe, there will be one eventually -- look what blender has accomplished for instance.

hehehe, not sure if it’s efootball, but there is a game out there with similar dynamic patterns for portraits, i think -- or maybe i’m imagining things 🤣 concept is great, how about a comparison with a less prominently applied oil painting effect (i think it’s that filter, right?). in any case, i like this better than the full body action portraits!

@NassFas the hotlinked images to facebook and instagram don’t load. meta (parent company) keeps changing the url signatures, so hotlinking to fb and ig is discouraged, as the links are dead in a matter of hours and days.

they should have added the sc and fc prefixes, because this way it's difficult to tell by the short name alone. fc bayer uerdingen was part of sc bayer uerdingen and then was separated from the multisport club. sc bayer then later founded a new football section which is active currently. thanks.
