The Bulk Upload system is now live.

When selecting the Graphics Database you will now see the 'Bulk Upload' option available.

Then you will need to select the logo type you wish to upload. Make sure not to upload your logos in the wrong category. Then simply upload the logos you have prepared.

You will then need to select Game Ready or Unprepared. Once you do that, you will see a preview screen like below.

Then simply submit your logos for approval. PLEASE READ THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS - FILE NAMING IS ESSENTIAL.

How to use Bulk Upload

1. Open Graphics Database and click Bulk Upload.

2. Choose the entity type.

3. Upload multiple image files at once.

4. The system will read each filename and try to match it automatically to the correct record.

Filename rules

Use the FM ID at the start of the filename:

• ID.png = Official

• IDalt.png or IDalt1.png = Alternative

• IDretro.png = Historical / Retro

• IDfantasy.png = Concept / Fantasy

Examples:

• 600.png

• 600alt.png

• 600alt1.png

• 600retro.png

• 600fantasy.png

4. After uploading, the system will show a preview screen with:

   • the image

   • the matched entity

   • the detected graphic type

   • the validation result

5. Review the preview.

   • If a file is marked Valid, it is ready to be submitted.

   • If there is a problem, it will be shown in the Result column.

6. Choose the submission status (Game Ready or Unprepared) and add a note if needed.

7. Click Confirm Upload to submit the valid files.

Only valid files will be submitted.

Can you increase the size from 50 something much higher, like 250? Although 50 could be just fine but you just need to work with smaller batches.

Used it today multiple, works really well. Hope it also saves you a lot of overhead managing all these files. Looking forward to 2027.00

@Derek Offtopic, but is your goal with the editable club names (or data in general) to also create a namefix file? Would you be able to read LNC files to auto-submit this? I see potential for integrating with sortitoutsi's name fix here. The hardest thing now is 1:1 mapping from Men<>Women clubs and the different names they have (e.g. Mens here shows Ajax Amsterdam while the women's team is AFC Ajax, and AFC Ajax is correct also currently already like that in the game and doesn't need change IMO).

No this is purely a graphics database and a tool to update our logo packs. I've no interest in doing a real name fix to be honest.
