Installation Guide - FMG Monthly Logo Updates

Drag and drop the contents (including the config files) of each folder in this update pack into the corresponding folder in the megapack and replace the existing logos when prompted. Do not drag and drop the actual folders as this will overwrite your megapack.

This MUST be done for all folders or you will have issues displaying the logos in-game.

Then simply close Steam and FM26 and reopen. Your logos will then appear.

Alternative | Fantasy | Retro Logos

To use any of the alternative, fantasy or retro logos in game you must remove the text at the end of each logo i.e. alt, retro or fantasy and drag and drop into the normal logo folder in the megapack.

Then simply go to preferences in FM and reload your skin.

I would advise creating a copy of the original logos before replacing them.

First of all, thank you for the incredible work on the Standard Logos Megapack and all the other logo packs you provide. The quality, consistency, and regular updates across your projects are truly appreciated by the Football Manager community.

I would like to request the addition of dedicated “small” @2x logo folders for better compatibility with older Football Manager versions and legacy skins.

Specifically, it would help to include separate folders structured like this:

  • Clubs – @2x (50x36px) small (25x18px) logos folder

  • Competitions – @2x (50x36px) small (25x18px) logos folder

  • Confederations – @2x (50x36px) small (25x18px) logos folder

  • Nations – @2x (50x36px) small (25x18px) logos folder

Explanation

The idea would be to create a clearly named “small” folder inside each main category, containing:

  • @2x versions (50x36px) – for high DPI / retina support

  • Standard small versions (25x18px) – for classic FM skins and older versions

Having these separated from the main 512px (or larger) logos would:

  • Improve compatibility with previous Football Manager versions

  • Make installation easier for users who only need small logos

  • Reduce manual reorganising of files

  • Help skin creators maintain cleaner graphics folder structures

I understand this would be a relatively small change and it may not be something that is likely to happen, but I wanted to suggest it in case it could be considered for a future update.

Currently, users often need to manually sort or extract small logos from the pack, which can be time-consuming and confusing. Dedicated folders would make the process much smoother.

Thanks again for your continuous work and updates, it’s greatly appreciated by the FM community! 🍺

We have been continuously updating the FM24 packs for older FM versions and include everything you outlined above including the small logos. Have you downloaded these packs (2026.00, 2026.01, 2026.02, 2026.03)?

We released FM24, FM26 and FM Mobile megapacks versions in October and update them all each month.

Oh, I had no idea you were still continuously updating both FM26 and FM24 logo packs. That is impressive. You must be very busy managing all of that.

Thanks for clarifying about the small logos being included in the updates (2026.00, 2026.01, 2026.02, 2026.03). I appreciate the work that goes into maintaining compatibility for older versions as well.

My suggestion was mainly just an idea to possibly save time in the future. For example, having small logos separated could help reduce manual reorganising, bandwidth usage, and time spent extracting specific sizes.

It is great to hear that the packs are still being actively maintained. Thanks again for all the effort you put into this project. It is really appreciated.
