    @NassFas I've checked the editor again and started a new game with everything working fine. As you can see from the editor image all divisions have been verified which is not possible if there are too few or too many teams in a division. Don't mind the graphics it's just the same ID as a RB team. Make sure when you run the game setup that you click database and ensure there is nothing else selected which may cause a conflict.
