one thing to note: if one of the sub-teams is historic, it is correct to just a historic logo for the time when they were active. an updated logo after the team in question was dissolved would be incorrect.

i am strongly inclined to suggest one of these two as mains, transparent background: https://www.chnliga.cz/ https://www.chnliga.tv/cze there is also a vertical variant (same for purple color variant) the respective backgrounds are more a dedicated color scheme, but there is no specific rectangle linked to the text, so i’d treat is as an alt: here, there are graphical decorative elements included, for instance. the logos of both leagues in my opinion are the wordmarks themselves:
