  1. Started by Johno,

Bologna 1909 Was inspired by Klaaz and Uncle Mo Italian saves on SI forum so I decided to start a save with Bologna. And I am using a tactic that I had amazing success with Anderlecht, and wow, somehow doing well in the league. Spent most of the time recruitment on backroom staff and scouts. Also fired my U's18 manager as his attributes was appalling so I bought Ivica Vastic, who I used with my Anderlecht save, U's 18 are currently sitting top in their league September was a hell for us Dušan Vlahović, scored all 5 goals against me Only played one game in February so far, with a 1-0 win over Roma at home. Was also approached by Roma, …

  2. The Last Ride - RSC Anderlecht So I've decided that my last FM22 save will take me to Belgium for the first time in many years. Randomly I've ended up with Anderlecht and I'm quite happy with that to be honest. Media Prediction Well the media are writing us off for sure with an expected 6th place finish but I'd be hopeful we can do a bit better than that. Expectations We are expected to finish within the top three which is against the 6th place media prediction but it is certainly one which I would have been aiming for anyway. Star Player Possibly not our star player on paper as the likes of Hoedt, Gomez an…

So, first game of FM22 I decided to do something different. Since getting together with my partner last year, we have been going across the Irish sea to Northern Ireland. She comes from Whitehead, and I must admit, I loved it over there. I dont really know much about the footy teams out there, but I was at Carrick Rangers' ground while I was there. So, to FM22. I loaded all leagues from the UK and Ireland, plus added the Dutch leagues. I added my manager with no badges and Sunday League rep, then started unemployed. Applied for a few English based jobs but got nowhere, then the Limavady United job came up, so I thought why not. Was an interesting season, majority of …

  4. After my Pass The Save adventure with Ligue 2 club Valenciennes and winning a surprise promotion to Ligue 1, I decided to continue this save and see how things would go as I went along. Before the season started however, Vitesse (of all clubs loaded in the database, total coincedence and I laughed my ass off) approached me for a job interview since manager Thomas Letsch moved to Feyenoord. In the end I didn't get the job which went to Kevin Hofland. On to the start of the season with penniless Valenciennes, with 5M in debt, and no money to spend, I needed to offload some players in order to try and get some loanees to the club. I could attract only three loan players…

A few days ago i started playing the 2005/2006 scenario on FM20 cause it's my fave era of football, first i'm going a nations save because i legit prefer to train a national team. Besides that scenario, i also have the nations league (basically a annual league structure with promotions and relegations of course) and a super leagues scenario just because i like it! As you can see, i started on the second league, got 2nd place and went to a playoff for promotion to first league. And so far, i've played some first league games. Worst part about this is that Van Der Sar retired just days ago in my save 🥲 If you guys have any question or want to see more scr…

  6. I know the title is Football Manager Series but it was actually Championship Manager 3 when I believe I started playing. I know I'm showing my age here but I remember it was released in 1999 and I think around this time of the year. The game has greatly improved obviously over time but there was something quite nice about the simplicity of CM3. When did you start your journey?

  8. Started by Derek,

So as I've begun to work on FM22 logos I decided it was time to abandon my Villa save and move forward with my first FM22 game. After a bit of deliberation I decided to go with The Robins, Bristol City. I chose them for two very simple reasons, a young exciting squad which I felt I could improve and quite honestly I just liked the logo ?. It's been a good start to the season so far as I'm currently unbeaten in the league and sit second but I've not played any of the tough sides yet like Fulham. I've decided to choose Bakinson and Massengo as my midfield pairing ahead of James and Williams, who are arguably individually better. In terms of transfers I had just …

https://i.ibb.co/c1FhWnp/603.png The Villa I've decided to have one last FM21 game before the release of FM22 and decided it was finally time to take the reigns at Aston Villa, having never managed them in any Football Manager version. One of the reasons behind choosing Villa was to see how far I can take this team in 3-4 seasons and without the star player and captain Jack Grealish. Although the opening budget was quite small I decided not to sell any first team players to raise funds, at least until January to see how they perform. It's been a decent start so far to the season as the team remain undefeated early on with four Premier League games and three Carabao Cu…
