Yes the official logos of these clubs no longer have these backgrounds. They can be used on social media or by broadcasters some times but we try to use the official club logos when possible.

I'm at a bit of loss here mate as with the same pack I'm not having this problem. This style does create a small white line around the edges which isn't very visible on larger logos but can with some icons. This is similar to styles that use strokes which I avoid. Just to double check, what version of the pack do you currently have now? Have you downloaded the new pack and removed all other logo packs?

I've tested the three logos in-game from the pack on four different skins and I'm not having the issue mate. The images you've provided look like the background used in the actually skin. Possibly Tato Skin. Is that what your using?

It's really personal choice mate. If you wish to only display the fa logos I would stick with the regular 'Nations' folder but if you would rather see them mixed like I do I would remove that folder and only use the 'Nations FA' files. The icons between each are different and this is how we show both within the same pack.

Nations Logos - Alternative Pack This update pack also includes an optional alternative folder which displays both FA and team logos for international teams. To use this pack you will need to remove or delete the existing Nations folder from the megapack and replace with an upzipped the 'Nations FA' file. You may also need to remove a flag pack if present to view correctly. So essentially the main logo displayed will be that of the FA but the matchday logo will be the team logo. Example below.
