The Orion Darlington and Orion Lyonnais teams directly replace Darlington and Lyon. This means if you currently use a logo pack you will need to either remove the pack or replaces those logos within it.
I would recommend backing them up first.
All logos are available in the latest FMG Logo Update 8 packs across all styles.
Start a new game and select databases.
Ensure both 'Orion Collective Part 1' and 'Orion Collective Part 2' are selected. 
Then, select the leagues you wish to include and choose your team.

FMG Custom Database - Três de Portugal
This custom database introduces three newly created team to the Campeonato de Portugal Serie A, Serie B and Serie D divisions.
These three new teams Atlético Lusitano Futebol Clube, Marítimo do Sul Futebol Clube and Sporting Clube do Norte aim to challenge the dominance of Porto, Benfica and Sporting while navigating their way through the leagues.

This file is not very polished, but I would like to share it with you all. (It is missing club league history, and club icons are empty)
Here you manage fictional Icelandic club Lyndis based in Akranes, in the 3. dield, the 4th tier of Iceland's football pyramid.
You are taking over a club that is a fallen giant of some sort (if you could even call them a giant). The club won one Mjólkurbikarinn title, along with one first place finish in the 2nd tier.
Make sure to allow adding missing players to teams in the save setup if you want to start with a squad.

This is a created nation, a group of 4 islands off of the coast of the UK.
There is 2 divisions, Netflix Premiership and Amazon Championship, as well as the Pepsi FA Cup and the Presidents Super Cup.
Each team is owned by a billionaire and has enough money to spend to give the Saudi Pro League a run for its money.
Each team has 15 Melkian players added to them, these are of random abilities, positions, age, etc and are named based on people I know, went to school with, work with, TV and Film personalities, sports personalities, and so forth.
Each league has a squad limit of 25 players with a maximum of 14 foreign players, so you will need to keep at least 11 of the 15 players to reach your squad limit.
Each league and the cups have a maximum limit of 7 foreign players in the starting 11, so you have to start 4 Melkian players.
