Coaches think he won't improve, however I am trying to see if I can improve him regardless! ?

I am not sure what else I can put him on to improve? Not sure if I should put him on strength training or individual something like advanced playmaker? He currently plays as central midfielder on defend. Also on attacking movement training as well.
